What we are here for, and what we hold to.

ainulo brings proven AI systems into mid-sized companies and sets them up to belong to the operation. This page says why we do it and by which rules.

Vision

Every decision an AI system prepares has a person who can explain it.

That is what keeps such a system in daily use instead of ending with the pilot. The measure is not how many companies use AI, but how many could no longer do without it.

Mission

We provide systems that belong to the house.

On your data, under your rules, in your name, with your people on the approval. We build the logic that is missing between your systems, and we build ourselves what cannot be bought. We carry HELYOS and ROVE in German-speaking markets. And we keep both running after the rollout is over.

Four principles

A person decides, the system prepares.
Anything that follows a rule simply runs. Anything unusual goes to a person, together with the path the system took to get there. We build nothing that acts on its own without somebody being able to explain it.

Origin is always visible.
Our own work, a partner product or licensed technology. The client knows at all times what comes from whom, including when hiding it would look better in the short run.

No figure without a measurement definition, a period and a source.
Results, references and promises come from evidence, not from expectation. We would rather have a thin reference page than one nobody can check.

We say no when it does not fit.
If the data is too thin, if nobody inside the company owns the process, or if a person would be the better answer, we say so in month one instead of month five.

Security and data

What applies to every project, whatever its size or sector.

Access: Named people only, on your side and ours. Nobody works in your system who is not on that list.
Export: Your data and your configuration are exportable in a readable format while the system runs.
Paperwork: Processing agreement, list of subprocessors and a record of processing activities, ready before the system goes live rather than after.
Human approval: Every exception goes to a named person. Approvals, interventions and reversals stay traceable.
Everything else: Hosting location, retention periods, logging and what happens at the end of a contract are settled in writing before you sign. We name them in the offer.

The company
