2. Visiting this website
When you open the site, technically necessary data is processed: IP address, date and time, page requested, volume transferred, referrer, browser and operating system. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest lies in stable and secure operation. Server logs are deleted after seven days at the latest.
3. Hosting
This site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. The domain is managed through Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, which processes connection data in the course of this. A data processing agreement is in place with both providers. Transfers to the USA are based on the Standard Contractual Clauses and on certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
4. Fonts
The typefaces used are served from our own server. No connection to third-party servers is made for this purpose.
5. Contact through the form
When you describe a case through the form, we process the details you provide: area, case description, context, name, company, email address and, if given, phone number.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry is directed at entering a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR on the basis of your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.
The details are used solely to handle your enquiry and are not used for marketing unless you have separately agreed to that. We delete the data once the enquiry is closed and no statutory retention period applies, and after 24 months at the latest.
The form posts to a function on our own hosting, which forwards the enquiry by email to francis@ainulo.com. The email is delivered by Resend (Resend Inc., USA), acting as a processor under a data processing agreement.
6. Analytics
We use no analytics or tracking services that set cookies or build personal profiles. A consent banner is therefore not required.
