Privacy notice

Draft. A sound basis, but not legal advice. Have it reviewed by a lawyer before launch and reconcile the list of processors with what is actually deployed.

1. Controller

The controller under the GDPR is ainulo UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Sesenheimer Straße 1, 10627 Berlin, Germany, represented by Francis Osuji. Contact: datenschutz@ainulo.com.

No data protection officer has been appointed, as the statutory conditions for doing so are not met.

2. Visiting this website

When you open the site, technically necessary data is processed: IP address, date and time, page requested, volume transferred, referrer, browser and operating system. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest lies in stable and secure operation. Server logs are deleted after seven days at the latest.

3. Hosting

This site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. The domain is managed through Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, which processes connection data in the course of this. A data processing agreement is in place with both providers. Transfers to the USA are based on the Standard Contractual Clauses and on certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

To verify before launch: processing agreements with Vercel and Cloudflare actually signed and filed.

4. Fonts

The typefaces used are served from our own server. No connection to third-party servers is made for this purpose.

5. Contact through the form

When you describe a case through the form, we process the details you provide: area, case description, context, name, company, email address and, if given, phone number.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry is directed at entering a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR on the basis of your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.

The details are used solely to handle your enquiry and are not used for marketing unless you have separately agreed to that. We delete the data once the enquiry is closed and no statutory retention period applies, and after 24 months at the latest.

The form posts to a function on our own hosting, which forwards the enquiry by email to francis@ainulo.com. The email is delivered by Resend (Resend Inc., USA), acting as a processor under a data processing agreement.

To verify before launch: the processing agreement with Resend, and the EU sending region if enabled. If a CRM is added later, name it here too.

6. Analytics

We use no analytics or tracking services that set cookies or build personal profiles. A consent banner is therefore not required.

To verify before launch: only true while no analytics are embedded. If a tool is added, replace this paragraph and, depending on the tool, put a consent banner in front of it.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The competent authority here is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Alt-Moabit 59-61, 10555 Berlin, Germany.

8. Version

This notice is dated 1 September 2026 and will be updated if the processing changes.

About the first call

The first call runs about 30 minutes and is free. Its purpose is to place your case and name a possible next step. It does not include an analysis, an assessment report or any implementation. Nothing said on the call is binding unless it has been confirmed in writing in a quote.
